Wholesale Purchasing
All customers must provide a resale number with their order. As a wholesale-only website, it is important that we ensure that those who are purchasing from us are wholesale customers. Qualified wholesale customers must own or represent a registered or licensed business. This is done so that all our customers can be assured that they can add their markup to the items they purchase from us and feel confident that the product is priced right for the retail/off-price market. A resell number is not required on international orders. All order outside of the U.S. should use "International" as the resell number.

Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. VaniHandbags.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Return Policy
Your shopping experience at VaniHandbags.com is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. Notify our Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of your order for any claims or adjustments. Returns are accepted with authorization only. Wholesale La Vani Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return. Clearance items, Super Blow-Out Sale items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable. Items that are to be returned must be in its original shape, free of any defects, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. Please not that you must first email us for a return authorization number.
Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product as well as to make sure it is free of any defects. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail within three days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claims for damages or defects after the three day period is over.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa. We can also accept company checks or money order, however the goods will only be shipped once the check has cleared or the money orders have been received. If you wish to place an order and pay by check or money order, please select "Check/Money Order" as your form of payment. We will then contact you to arrange payment. Payment can also be made by Wire Transfer. If you wish to make payment by Wire Transfer, please select "Wire Transfer" as payment when placing your order and contact us to set up payment. We can also ship COD but payment must be made by Money Order or Cashiers check. First time customers choosing to pay by check or money order must prepay before the order will be shipped. All subsequent orders can be placed by COD/Cashiers Check/Money Order. If you want to pay by company check, we will need you to provide the following: " Your company's checking account information including: o Name of the Bank o Phone Number of the Bank " Three credit references in the most recent years including current suppliers " Three months business history and no less than 6 purchases with us. After reviewing your credit with this information, we will decide whether or not to take your company's check. |
